Your definition of “proship” and “proshipper” is simply incorrect.
There are no people who use the term “proship” or “proshipper” to describe themselves who use it to mean that they portray dark or taboo topics as desirable in real life.
To proshippers, proship means enjoying the fiction you want to enjoy without harassing others, and understanding that portraying something in fiction doesn’t mean you want it to happen in real life.
The people who use the definition you give here, are people who apply the term “proship” and “proshipper” to any darkfic or dark artwork they don’t like.
If you are someone who creates artwork with dark themes, there is always going to be someone who considers your work to be “romanticizing” those topics and comes along and calls you a “proshipper”.
