Hi. It’s been years since I wanted to write a peter Pan story with some characters that I’ve created. But I’m afraid about all of this copyright thing. I found out that only Peter Pan and kensington Gardens are safe but nothing about Neverland and the rest of the characters around it. So only Disney and the hospital are allowed to use PeterPan and Neverland? This whole thing is so frustrating because I really wanted to explore more about peter world and everything.
As of 2024 you will be in the clear for all elements introduced in the stage play, including Tinker Bell and Neverland.
