The fever pitch of pop psychology that we’re currently enjoying is a perfectly logical conclusion to the behaviors of a society that’s spent the last century or so using it to malign & persecute black people, gay people, abuse victims… nowadays you can just claim anybody you don’t like is a narcissistic abuser which in this context often just means they failed a trial by vibe check
