If you guys can’t get away from your sources, does that mean your picky with your fanfic/fanart in a way that makes you wanna find “fluffy” fics, or are you just really picky in a way that makes you wanna find stuff that’s really close to your canon? 🩷✉️
We’re much more picky with fanfiction in general than we are with fanart.
With fanart, a lot of the time we’ll enjoy it even if it’s just kind of “good vibes” or gives us a feel, even if it doesn’t line up with or contradicts our experiences.
With fanfic we mostly avoid it entirely. There are a few of us who will seek out fic of our sources, but mostly only carefully vetted smut of themselves.
