You cannot say that consuming fiction causes people to commit abuse without absolving abusers of their guilt.
The only thing responsible for abuse is abusers.
So you mean the groomer using fiction to normalize it. The blame is still on the groomer. Not the fiction and the people who write or enjoy the fiction. Don’t blame the tool. Blame the person using the tool to hurt people.
