Headcanons are great. Shoving them down peoples’ throats, enforcing them as canon, and declaring everyone who disagrees to be a bigot is not
controversial opinion: I think that publicly stating personal headcanons as if they were indisputable fact without making it clear that you are joking around harms and divides fandoms.
I think it counts as misinformation at best and maybe even a deliberate intimidation tactic at worst.
