It’s a harder question admittedly. There’s definitely a different moral argument than playing with fictional characters.

I don’t believe that people SHOULD necessarily be writing porn or graphic murder fantasies of regular people they know IRL and spreading them online publicly.

But it has to be legal to do so.

Because the second you make it illegal to write fiction about real people you open the door to censoring criticism of those in power.

You have to be able to use fiction to tell everyone the emperor has no clothes.

Satire is protected speech, and you can’t stop people from writing BTS or Backstreet Boys porn, or it becomes an excuse to forcibly stop people from creating political cartoons, etc.

Also, when you’re a celebrity and a public persona, you give up certain rights to privacy. That has always been true. Having randos horny over you is a normal an expected part of being a public figure.
