things you could possibly use for your comfort

advice from the guy who spent 30 years learning its okay to make yourself comfortable

  • blankets (consider heavy weighted blankets, or breathable bamboo blankets depending in your personal taste)
  • soft/cushioned slippers
  • loose/soft elastic socks
  • compression gloves
  • hot water bottle
  • reusable gel based ice packs.
  • shower chair
  • foot rest
  • cushions for wherever you sit
  • keyboard wrist rest

feel free to add on to this, I am always looking for more ideas.
