I don’t know where exactly in the timeline you are, but yeah no, character arcs are not RE’s strong suit. You kinda have to infer a lot.
Yeah it seems like RE gives you action figures to play with more than they play with them for you

5 has some of the most interesting character drama in the series and still basically gives you nothing.
