One of the selfship community things I dont understand the appeal of is those “your f/os love you” posts. Yeah of course they do, but you don’t have the authority to decide that, peasant. I am god of my realms.
And I think that’s a good way to look at it, because my mind scoffs equally at the audacity of rabble who have less benevolent assertions to make about a world they are powerless over.
Or it would, if they ever came to amuse me. But this is probably why they don’t.
They’re harmless of course, and more power to the people who enjoy them, but I personally always feel… I donno… Kinda patronized by them?
