Imagine your F/O rescuing you from serious danger. They reach out and grab you, pulling you into their arms and carrying you to safety, only stopping once they’re sure you’re out of harm’s way. They look down at you to make sure you’re alright, and even if they try to hide it you recognize the fear in their eyes that they could have lost you, and the relief in knowing you’re safe.

i know it’s a little bit toxic but nothing is more satisfying to me than when a fictional character who is generally very dignified, polite, and calm even under pressure is finally persuaded to unleash their anger and it fucking explodes out of them with enough molten volcanic rage to level entire cities
