I know nothing about Pathologic, but after looking at him and absorbing his vibes, they would either be best friends or mortal enemies. Maybe the vitriolic best buds trope.
They would commit some real unethical shit for each other but also greet each other with a wry smile and a backhanded compliment. I love it <3
