i hear my very far-right dad use the word “degenerate” frequently, to describe queer people, things he deems immoral or weird, shit like that. I’ve learned this word is a very frequent descriptor used in those groups. it is quite unsettling to log on to this hellsite and see antis using that same word to describe fiction they deem bad. there’s a certain connotation “degenerate” holds, and i truly wish antis knew that.i hope this ask makes sense? idk I’m tired and rambly
