I’m going to talk about Hook.Tenille , the neverland mermaid with a deep curiosity about humans and a lack of boundaries, first met Captain Jas Hook when she clawed her way onto his deck following the sound of music.
Singing along with the pirate’s tune, she caught the attention of the crew, who understandably panicked at having one of Neverland’s strange predators clapping along on the deck of their ship.
Some wanted to gut her like a fish while she was more or less helpless…but Captain Hook objected, stating it wasn’t good form to treat a lady like so.
Tenille was allowed to stay on deck and listen along, singing with the others despite the wary glances.
A few chance meetings and growing feelings later…Tenille ate Captain Hook’s hand when Peter threw it overboard TnT. He forgave her though, and now she carries ‘the hand of hook’, (the bones on a necklace) as a sign that they were ‘human married’, after a comical misunderstanding.
He somehow, and for some reason, obliges the silly sea monster who keeps hanging around his ship.
