anti-anti-otonokoji-twins:

The point at which you realize the entire antiship argument is one big motte-and-bailey fallacy. Your unironic belief is hard to defend (”consuming fiction with elements that are immoral in a real life context causes you to imitate those elements, eroding your own morals”) so you fall back on a position that’s much less controversial and easy to defend (”We’re just anti grooming // abuse // pedophilia // incest // etc.”), but unrelated to the actual point at hand, and act as if those two statements are the same thing.
