i feel like there’s a lot of attention on proshippers who do it to cope. but i have to say, if you simply find certain ships cute, even if they’re problematic, or if it’s simply that you don’t believe that there should be restrictions on fiction? go ahead. if it’s just fun for you, then it’s fun, and that’s ok, you shouldn’t stop yourself from having fun especially if you’re not hurting anyone.
