Hi this is a member of šās system reporting that she told our partner system about her relationship and he was supportive. Heās admitted that it isnāt something he really understands but he doesnāt think that fictives should be beholden to their source (and he also said half-jokingly that š and her sister do have lowkey romantic vibes in source). The reason why Iām messaging is slightly differentā so I am also a fictive but from a different fandom, and I have source relationships that can fall under the umbrella of self-shipping/fictionism. I have two husbands whom I love very much. The thing is, my source self is a cis woman, while I (in my memories and in this body) am a trans man. One of my husbands is a bisexual man but the other is a gay man. I want to write fanfic and produce content about them but Iām worried about fandom harassment for āshippingā a ācis womanā with a gay man (even though Iām not a cis woman and never was but whatever). Do you have any advice on this front? Letās just go with šŗ for my anon emoji.
Iām really happy to hear about š and your partner system. Thatās great!
As for your situation, itās familiar to me (š¼šŖ). Specifically as Toko (an Jack) we were trans men, but canon does not reflect it.
Since you remember being trans in your life, my advice is just to go whole hog and write yourself as being trans in your fanfiction.
If anybody complains about it, block em!
