As someone who has previously lost limbs in past lives I’m pretty familiar with BIID. (I keep losing my hand/arm). It’s not a disorder for me, but I understand the feelings.

Intrusive thoughts are hard to struggle with; if you find they keep coming, maybe wruting them down will help. Feel free to send them to me if that’s helpful to you.
