🐾: What are your kintype(s)?
I have something like hhhhh… 17? fictotypes. I won’t bother to list them all here. Always funny looking back 15 years ago when I thought it was just the one.
My nonhuman kintypes are demonic (specifically mazoku), troll (Homestuck), gem (SU), and feline mutant. The demonic and feline are the ones that affect me the most.
☀️: What was your awakening like? When was it?
Long, painful, and to a large degree absent of community due to how long ago it was. Started in the early 2000s. First time I specifically used otherkin to describe myself was 2006.
A lot of my early awakening experiences were based in exotrauma.
💫: Do you have shift triggers, or do they happen randomly?
Music is a huge shift trigger, but it’s also very situational.
