Fandoms haven’t been fun for me for a while. The one fandom I am in has antis despite being a show with anti-censorship sentiments and being filled to the brim with dark jokes. I’m not openly proship but I lurk on your blog sometimes and I appreciate your posts. I hope this discourse becomes less rampant one day so fandom can actually be a fun pastime for me again. I assume there’s always been drama, but right now it feels so hostile.
Fandom has become so toxic lately, it’s true.
I really hope that we will start to see the decline of fancop sentiment in the next couple of years.
