I’ve noticed something very weird about mlm ships with a high number of antis. And it’s that they act the most like the fujoshi stereotypes that they claim fujoshi in general to be. Klance antis: Went as far as to nearly ruin Voltron if the studio didn’t make the ship canon. Have shipped irl people(these people being little boys no older than five)simply because they looked like the characters Keith and Lance. And forced kids to watch the show and make sexual inappropriate comments about it. And these are the people who call fujoshi predatory for “fetishizing real life gay men.” Zukka antis: Have written fanfic where they make Katara a homophobe and/or ship kataang just so she can be “out of the way” of their ship. Seriously, homophobe Katara is a popular fanon amongst these assholes that it’s insufferable. And have harassed those who ship Zuko with women(especially Katara)with statements like “Why ship zutara when zukka is right there?!” Or “If you ship Zuko with women, you hate gay people.” And even don’t right racist comments such as calling zutara shippers, who are made up by mostly woc, animals. And the irony to the racism, they claim that zutara is racist because Katara is indigenous while Zuko isn’t…then wtf does that make Sokka then?! And these are the people who claim fujoshi are racist for “fetishizing Asian men.” Kiribaku antis: Love to shove it in your face about it in a similar manner as zukka antis do. Only difference is that they say that if you ship anyone with Bakugo other than Kirishima, you’re an abuse apologist. Because Bakugo is an abuser…except for one person?? Have made some of the kinkiest, downright raunchy content of this ship. Yet will call you a pedo if it’s of any other characters so hypocrisy. And these are the same people who claim fujoshi are sexual deviants who “romanticize abuse.” And of course, they all harass people and sui bait others simply for not shipping their ship. Like they wanna talk about how fujoshi fetishize gay men and are out of touch with reality. Yet here they are, acting as those stereotypes they keep pushing onto fans of BL.(I’m not making a comment on the whole hygiene thing though. Because I know as much about their hygiene as they do everyone else. Aka, jack shit.)
