I know I’m on hiatus but I saw this in my emails and had to answer it, I wouldn’t say I’m courageous anon, but people like you are why I keep this blog up.

I get the scars, the S/I comm left scars on me too, because I thought for once I found a place where people understood my intense bond with 2D beings but it’s definitely not the same. It’s why I don’t call myself a “self-shipper” what I, and possibly you have, is much deeper.
