And listen, I know what those slang words mean, but as the blackheart biohazards said, when someone is forbidden from using old slurs like “retard”, those people who hate us aren’t going to be nicer, they’ll just use different words, and lately, a lot of people have been using “touch grass” and “brain rot” just to shut down conversations from people they consider to be lesser. That’s literally classic ableism in action.
