Unfortunately currently Twitter is the only marginally safe social media website for smutty artwork of any kind, including of characters drawn in a soft and cute art style.
In about 10-14 days we will be debuting a proship and self ship themed forum with adult oriented server hosting where this kind of art will be welcome.
Edit: oh there’s also pixiv but that’s primarily Japanese and not really social media like.
