Any suggestions on how to come up with titles for au’s and comics and such? I have so many ideas but summaries and titles are my greatest weakness :(
Oh shit, uh. Well, we ain’t that great at titles either, to be honest. Some of our old fics have uh. Names that are not great.
Here’s the tips we got for you:
- use a latin phrase that’s relevant to the theme of the fic
- pick out an important line from the fic and use that
- song title/song line that’s relevant to the theme
- common saying or phrase
- line of a poem that’s relevant to the theme
- the theme of the fic stated poetically
- a title that sounds like an action movie title
People who read this; please chime in with your own tips. Titles are not our strong suit.
