The fandom is lego monkie kid, yes this is a Twitter artist but they also have a tumblr, DA and Instagram. It’s what I call the “Nezha Drama” ot the “Nezha age discourse” Fun fact: this artist has me blocked on Twitter (for daring to ship Nezha with other characters) but nowhere else. I only found out about this bs when I was stalking the “nezha adult” and “nezha ship” phrases on Twitter search while logged out.
I’m sorry, anon, I just had to look this fandom up.
And then I had to spend a full minute staring and squinting at the screen in disbelief.
Every day I have learned about the stupidest fandom wank possible, and every day I am proven wrong.
It’s a lego version of a mythological character.
They’re gatekeeping shipping a lego version of a mythological figure.
So they can keep them for themselves and their own self insert OC.
And they’re enough of a BNF (big name fan) that they’ve got a clique posse who defends them and their OC and harasses anyone who dares ship them with anyone else.
