So are you guys familiar with “letters to penthouse”?
Penthouse was an adult magazine, and it, like most publications at the time, printed “letters to the editor”.
These letters were generally about the sexual conquests of the writers, and their wild and outlandish sexual escapades.
These letters were presented as fact, but in almost all cases were the writers imaginary erotic fiction.
I explain all this to you as lead up to tell you that trolls sometimes send us lurid and descriptive stories about child sexual abuse, and I know these are fake because they read exactly like ‘letters to penthouse’ style stories.
They’re either antis trying to provoke/disgust/upset us, or trolls who for some reason think that we would publish provocative accounts of supposedly real violence against children.
So yeah we just got another one.
