“Because [antis] are constantly looking for a reason to bully you” It’s this exact reason I feel like I was never really an “anti.” I never bullied anyone. I never had the desire to send anon hate. I didn’t harass anyone. As a matter of fact, I was “DL;DL.” I just didn’t want certain things around me. Now I’m 100% a proshipper and realize I’m into those “certain things”
I’m so glad you moved away from those toxic mindsets, and so glad that even then you weren’t harassing people!
Definitely not every person who calls themselves an “anti” really is one, but we feel comfortable calling antis in general harassers and bullies because of the way that the major way people participate in the anti “community” is through callouts, policing, and encouraging one another to harassment.
