Okay, I’ve seen a lot of takes recently about “you’re proship, so you have to believe X” from proshippers. No!!! We get enough of this from antis. The only thing a proshipper has to believe to be considered a proshipper is that people shouldn’t be harassed for making dark/problematic fiction.
That is IT.
I know it seems like the people who agree with you on one idea should or must agree with you on others, but that simply isn’t true!
Some proshippers have ideas that make me really fucking uncomfortable and/or angry. Do I call them fake proshippers? No! I grow a spine and block them like a normal person.
If I see you trying to add terms and conditions to the proship label, I will block you. Even if I personally think more people should believe X, it doesn’t matter.
