maybe its just because I’m autistic or something I’ve always thought maybe thats the reason behind this thought and the thought is: if antis hate age gaps and problematic ships so much, should they also hate Hannibal or other “probelmatic” things like murderers and everything. it doesn’t make sense they’d say “if you like this character, you’re a p/do.” but if someone likes murderers is more acceptable ? like they always quite the slender thing, and then add in how fictional ships affect the reality however I look at the slender thing and go like ?? thats clearly about violence and how the children had untreated mental illnesses and weren’t being supervised. AND JAWS!!! jaws is about violence. if anything murders and violence is more prominent than age gaps. if fiction affects reality that means ALL fiction affects reality. right? I’m still a proshipper and anti harassment because I do believe you should be able to separate the fiction and reality.
