hi hi!! i was curious do you have any tips for someone who wants to be active in the selfship community but is proship? or is it just better to stick to myself? I used to be pretty active in the community when being proship / anti takes weren’t such a big deal and its so sad to see how the community is just over-run with antis now :( feels lonely
A number of people, ourselves included, have spent the last few months trying to cultivate a more welcoming space for proship selfshippers.
Here’s my advice:
- use the tags #proselfship and “#proship self ship” for your posts.
- Follow those tags if you like to follow tags
- Follow and interact with other proship selfshippers
- Block anyone who looks at you funny. (by this I mean, block any antishippers you are worried may harass you or your blog)
if you want to be extra safe:
- don’t use the tag “#self ship”, use the above mentioned tags instead
- turn off anon asks.
If you do most or all of those things, you should be able to self ship in the lovely proselfship community in peace.
