Alright, I wasn’t going to say anything about it, but…
To the mean anon (blocked) who seemed to think it was ridiculous to think that “magnets” could be intended as a paranoia trigger, and told me to “go outside”:
I suspect that you haven’t spent any length of time with actually paranoid and mentally ill people.
Your attitude is extremely ableist.
Our (sinister system’s) father is a paranoid schizophrenic, and I myself am neurodivergent in the way that’s used to mean “mentally ill.”
I speak from experience when I say that anything can trigger paranoia, but yes, magnets and ‘strange technology’ can very much specifically be a paranoia trigger.
“There are magnets in your walls” is similar to “there are cameras in your walls” etc.
Paranoia is not something rational.
You would think that would be obvious.
I hope you reflect on your attitude, anon, but I suspect that the cruelty is the point.
