I’m not saying Lolisho is right or wrong nor where on the Moral Compass someone lands- however in the eyes of the law if the media (fanart, fanfic) does not actually depict any living person or child & is in fact purely FICTIONAL, it is not actually illegal, ACCORDING TO LAW (or at least the US Law anyway..)
So to be clear- (according at least to US Law) there’s NO SUCH THING AS AN “ILLEGAL SHIP”!
