I try my damndest to stay out of shipcourse but one thing I will say is this: any group that falls back on “[people I don’t like] are pedophiles” are fascist at worst, inherently untrustworthy at best. I’m a trans person, and that exact argument is being used against me and my people *literally right now* in governments around the world. Before us, it was used against gay men and lesbians. And let’s not forget how men of color were & are seen as sexually predatory and “dangerous” to white women & children; the antisemitism behind blood libel “the elites want your children” conspiriacy theory. This rhetoric has been around long before us and never once has it helped keep children safe, never once has it done anything except further the goals of fascists and endanger the lives of queer folk & other minorities. So no, antis, I don’t trust you. I don’t think you’re slick or clever. You’re nothing more than a useful idiot for people who want me, and very likely you if you’re also lgbt+, *dead*. Find a better criticism of proship or admit you’re deepthroating fash boot.
