Do I block someone who keeps reblogging from us despite having us on their DNI list, or do I try to talk to them about it? :/

I mean ngl usually when people follow me/reblog from me while having my content in their DNI I kind of just. Leave them be about it?
But if it’s bothering me I’ll usually just block them 🤷♀️
If it were our content it would be one thing but it is about our existence. :/
