so, you may be interested to know that the Supreme Court is hearing a case this week that might decide the the future of– and potentially ban– harmless parodies of corporate brands.
And if the court decides in Jack Daniels’ favor the precedent this sets for freedom of speech will be disastrous.
You really can’t count on this radicalized Roberts court to act like educated jurists. Our rights are definitely up for grabs here.
