You were a big fan of the backrooms story. You wanted to see it for yourself.
So you learned reality shifting techniques in order to send yourself there.
It was as haunting and bizarre as you thought it would be.
But the real problem started when you came back.
The backrooms came back with you.
Now you find yourself dipping in and out of reality, never knowing if when you pass through a familiar doorway you will suddenly be in a shifting labyrinth of halls.
My idea here, as you could probably tell, was wouldn’t it be fucked up if somebody reality shifted to the backrooms? I bet somebody has done that’.
Which is actually very similar to the experience that we ourselves had many years ago when we were obsessed with House of Leaves.
For a few months just about every time we’d fall asleep we’d be wandering through empty corridors.
