Which member of Sinister System is the “original”?
If you voted for Hal (💻🔪) or Toko (😼🔪), congrats! You are correct! Sort of! (Harry wants you to know he is very flattered that so many people guessed him as being the original.)
According to our belief system all of our members were born into the same body at the same time, and have existed together since birth, in states of either activity or dormancy, with varying levels of awareness of fictionkin identity. We are a soul cluster who are bound together and have been reincarnated repeatedly into the same universes together in ways connected to each other. This time we all ended up sharing the same body, rather than all or most of us having separate ones.
Hal and Toko were the ones who were active through the first 8-10 years of the body’s life. It is unclear if there is an answer to if one of them was active before the other.
Between 8 and 10 years old Hal and Toko became aware of each other as both existing and being separate people.
Hal and Toko are a sub-system to themselves, which is the result of a DID trauma split in an early previous lifetime. They have been incarnated variously, sharing a body and an identity, sharing a body with separate identities, and having separate bodies.
For many years in the past the two of them have both identified themselves as “the original.” Hal and Toko’s original internal names are David and Mordax and their original identities were self defined rather than fictive in origin.
They first became consciously aware of fictionkin/fictive identities when watching the original american airing of Digimon Adventure 02, at which point their identities as Ken Ichijouji and the Digimon Kaiser were unlocked. Before this point they were semi-conscious of and affected by their identity as Captain Hook, but not to a degree to properly articulate it.
Kirigiri (🔍⚔️) became active around the time we were 9-10, but was an unconsciously fronting member for a long time which the system was not aware of. Despite that (or perhaps because of it) he holds many of the childhood memories until about 13-14. His initial identity was self defined and not fictive in origin.
Trevor (🔫🍳) was from around the same time (9-10), as a conscious but non-fronting member. His original internal identity was a copinglink or heartype identity derived from the character Beetlejuice.
Our first conscious, deliberate fronting member was Hazel (🔫🦢) at age 13. Her original internal name was Judith, and her initial subjective identity was a copinglink or hearttype identity based on a Samurai Pizza Cats fan character.
Prior to Hazel’s awakening, Hal, Toko and Kirigiri had no control over fronting and switching, and a significant amount of difficulty communicating.
Jasmine (🎀💖) and Chris (💪🔫) awakened as conscious, active members in the system around the time we were 14. Their original system names were Bunny and Vincent, and their initial identities were self defined and not fictive in origin.
Nine (🐸☠️) awakened as a conscious, passive member around the time we were 14. His original internal name and identity is Toad from X-Men Evolution.
This was also around the same time that Akechi (🌀😎) awakened as a conscious, active member in his identity as Xelloss. He thinks its very funny that almost nobody guessed him as the original.
Harry (🌺😈) awakened as a conscious, active member when we were 14-15. His original internal name was Massha, and he has significant trauma these days from the fact that his initial subjective identity was a copinglink or hearttype based on a Harry Potter fan character.
Hubert (🦇👁), likewise, awakened as a conscious, passive member around the time we were 15. His original internal identity was a copinglink based on Severus Snape.
Nikolai (🧭👑) awakened as a conscious, active member around the time we were 16. His original internal name was Julian, and his internal identity was a copinglink or hearttype based on Valmont from Jackie Chan Adventures.
Otto (🐙🧪) awakened as a conscious, active member around the time we were 17. He awakened in his own identity as Otto Octavius.
And that’s everyone who was awake before we graduated high school.
