Once upon a time someone privately dm’d me that I’d interacted with their rapist by means of paying said person for their art. They were able to provide proof to their claim (without me even asking, btw), as well as proof to their claims of zoophilia and pedophilia. I, in turn, privately dm’d several of my friends who were also considering commissioning that person, and we were able to spurn that person’s attempt to weasel into our community while protecting the privacy of the victim in question.
That is how you deal with a problematic person. Not by anon rumor-milling whisper-down-the-lane style witch hunts.
Give me proof and talk to me about it with your face showing. If your claims are so well founded, that should be a breeze.
Also I’m not really expecting legal literacy from y’all but please I beg you learn about inadmissable evidence and why that line in the sand exists because it’s 100% to protect YOU from cops and cop wannabes who have already decided your guilt and are looking to find even the most benign and circumstancial thing to prove it or even plant/doctor false evidence if they can’t dig anything up.
Also please understand that “innocent until proven guilty” is ALSO there to protect YOU from cops and cop wannabes looking for someone to punish. If you make a claim and you want action to happen due to the claim, you have to be able to prove it.
