regarding toyhouse, its so funny their rules state that, but theyre so fucking bad at moderating their site. ive been using it FOR YEARS and putting my shotaloli ocs there, yet no ban hammer lol. they really only care if a person is popular and draws shotaloli or gets a callout post, instead of actively moderating their site
Yeah they are also really bad at moderating their callouts too.
They allo “public blacklisting” but supposedly not “witch hunts” or “personal insults” and yet we have seen plenty of both.
