I absolutely hate A.I. “art” because of the fact that artists’ works are being used by the A.I.’s system without their permission or knowledge, so seeing that there is also A.I. Generated “fanfiction” makes me think, “Jesus Christ, the end of 2022 had to end on a downer note for creators, huh?” I literally blue locked all of my works because of the A.I. bs going on, because I’m not about to have my own works being stolen by someone who has no respect to artists and cares more about A.I generated “art.”
Can it really be art if there is no emotion or intention behind it?
I don’t like calling machine generated text or images “art”.
I don’t like calling machine generation “intelligence”.
“AI art” gives both AI and Art a bad name.
We are a long way away from true machine intelligence and true art from that intelligence.
