I want to thank the proship community on Tumblr for existing. The first time I was targeted by anti hate it was an extremely disturbing experience for me that happened at a time when I was feeling particularly alone. Seeing accounts which post and roast their hate messages has made it a lot easier for me to deal with the very infrequent messages I get myself, even though I personally do not post those messages as I feel more glee by not even giving the hater the satisfaction of knowing if I’ve seen the message.
But for real, I’m in a much better place now than I was a year ago and that’s because there are people standing up for niche content creators.
So thanks.
