i mean no one is performing sex acts at pride, so there’s really no reason to keep kids away. if someone wants to wear a puppy mask and your kid asks about it, just tell them it’s a way some adults like to dress up. if they ask why that man is wearing all that leather, just tell them it’s his favorite material. if they ask about a harness or a flag or anything else, just give them a simple answer and they’ll move on the second they see something else they wanna ask about. kids are very chill and mostly do not care, it’s the adults who are usually the pearl clutchers.
