tbh as someone who is very opensly a “freak” and likes weird freak shit and has weird freak kinks (i mean this in a very positive but also very specific way btw i love to call myself a freak) i can understand why some people wouldn’t like some of what i do and would think it is odd or even bad to enjoy tbh and even if its fictional i dont think being “ok” with it in the loosest sense of the word is the norm at all LOL. obv, outside of the internet, the majority of people will think im disgusting/not ever want to interact with me because of my fetishes and i dont expect anything else of it. i think its a bit of a cope to believe most people outside of fandom will just ‘not care.’ sorry if this is blunt or sounds rude, i just want to share my own perspective on it from the majority of my experiences ig
