Wow, this is like, SO many assumptions, wow!

🚫 assumption: our parents are people you would consider upstanding members of the community who would disapprove of the fictional pornography we enjoy.

✅ truth: our father is a self-confessed pedophile who is outspoken in his belief that it’s morally noble to impregnate teenagers; spent most of our childhood having inappropriate sexual relationships with teenagers; forced us to read graphic rape content, and was party to our own CSA. Our mother is an enabler who loves porn.

🚫 assumption: we are able to be employed, and thus have a boss and coworkers.

✅ truth: we are disabled and housebound.

🚫 assumption: it is appropriate to tell your parents, boss and coworkers about the kind of pornography and kink you enjoy.

✅ truth: It is sexual harassment to tell people– especially your coworkers and boss– about your sexual habits, kinks and pornography for no reason. You could be fired for that.

🚫 assumption: Most people have pornography, kinks, and sexual habits that you would approve of.

✅ truth: because it is inappropriate to talk randomly about your pornography, kinks and sexual habits, you don’t have any idea what type of sexual habits the people around you have. You just make assumptions that they are what you would consider normal.

🚫 assumption: Most people believe it’s okay to treat people like shit for the fiction and sexual content they enjoy.

✅ truth: only bigoted assholes believe it’s appropriate to treat other people like shit for any reason.

🚫 assumption: people who enjoy taboo fictional sexual content are ashamed of this fact.

✅ truth: Most people can go into Barnes and Noble or the Library and hand materials that would make you blush to the cashier.

🚫 assumption: the people close to us don’t know about the fiction we create and enjoy.

✅ truth: the people close to us know and enjoy the same things.
