It’s ??? to me when gore artists, writers and fans are antis. Sweetie… you know most people would call you freak for consuming that in same way you call writers of dark tropes involving romance. For example my puritant grandparents watch TV series involving huge age gaps and/or incest, but they draw line at any sort of violence. They think something is wrong with me for watching true crime which just mentions violence without depictions. And don’t even get me started how most ‘normies’ react to even slightest hint of queerness in media. What is gross or weird in fiction is matter of personal preferences, idk how they don’t realize that
