dandelions-n-honey:

If you see someone do something you don’t like/think is disgusting, morally reprehensible, or even illegal, be it something they said, done, shipped, wrote, drawn, believe in, etc that causes no inherent harm and your first course of action is to:

  • Degrade them
  • Insult them
  • Threaten them
  • Suibait them
  • Dox them
  • Stalk them [online and/or offline]
  • Report-spam them
  • Send them gore/csam/snuff vids/self-harm images/other graphic material
  • Tell them to “get help” or “be normal”
  • Tell them to cope in private
  • Tell them that they’re “not coping right” and or that they’re “hurting themselves”/“retraumatizing themselves”
  • Tell them to self-harm or to do other dangerous activities
  • Tell them to censor themselves/their stuff
  • To try and trigger a mental disorder/illness
  • To try and trigger past trauma
  • To try and trigger them in general/squick them out
  • Accuse them of crimes [including sexual crimes]
  • Accuse them of lying about their trauma/religion/race/therapists/family/gender/sexuality/etc
  • Accuse them of wanting to/doing acts of any kind of violence [also including sexual violence]
  • Devalue them and their words
  • Devalue their links/sources/the words of professionals they share with you in an argument/debate
  • Encourage others to do/join in on doing any of the mentioned above to them

And not to:

  • Block and/or mute them
  • PRIVATELY tell mutuals who may also be uncomfortable with them to also block and/or mute
  • Check the law before reporting to the police/FBI/etc as to not waste resources that can be spent on taking care of actual crimes

You are an abuser. You are a harasser. You are not a good person.

You are the morally reprehensible and disgusting person in this situation. You are the one breaking the law, and you are the one who needs to seek help.

You are not the normal one here.
