Positivity Checkpoint!

Before you scroll any further, take a deep breath! Let’s take some time together and figure it out, okay?

  • How are you feeling? Why? If you’re upset, is there anything you can do about that?
  • Are you hungry? Go and get something to eat!
  • Take a sip of water, or tea, or whatever you might have nearby. Hydration is important!
  • Have you taken your medication?
  • Are you being kind to yourself? Take a moment to find something about yourself that you love.
  • If you have any physical conditions, take a moment to check in and see if you’re doing okay. If not, see if there’s anything that could help.
  • If you have any mental conditions, take a moment to check in and see if you’re doing okay. If not, see if there’s anything that could help.
  • Your best doesn’t have to be good enough. The effort itself is something to be proud of, even if your best is less than it used to be.

Remember that I’m proud of you!
