Imagine waking up from a nightmare, shaking and frightened, but your F/O is there for you.
They put their arms around you, and hold you softly, whispering soothingly, and reassuring you that they are there for you, and they will not let anything bad happen to you.
They will do anything you need to help you feel better. They’ll lay with you in bed while you fall back asleep as they hold you, or they’ll get up and do a quiet activity with you, or get you a drink.
They’re there for you no matter what, and will chase away the nightmares.
