The reason twitter suspends people for “ban evasion” is that their code to detect inactive accounts fucked up and also targets people who log back into another account. Since you can have up to 5 active accounts you can see the problem here
Yeah it doesn’t surprise me that it’s a coding error given the way that the site has been run (into the ground) for the last year or so.
Things were bound to start breaking.
